  The only reason they get a one star is that the windshield looks good. The customer service is less than desirable. No one indicated to us we would need to take our 2017 GMC for a second service call because they did not bother to tell us we needed the windshield calibrated after installation. If given the option we would have made an appointment with a company that is capable of completing the installation. So not only did they not communicate... they were very rude with us. I will be sure to let everyone know the lack of customer service and the incompleteness.
