  I called for an appointment, looking for an internist, as I had just moved into the area. Spoke with someone that said I needed to fill out my health history and either mail it in or bring it in. I chose the latter to expedite the process. Sat and waited my turn and had to fill out more paper work. Left thinking Imwould get to see a MD. Not accepted by the Doctor that I requested, so spoke with another person there to see who is taking new patients and was referred to Dr. Sural. Another refusal, called to ask why. Was referred to the practice manager Amanda, who basically said the Dr. said no thanks. Going back and forth for some time with Amanda, she finally said Dr. Sural is leaving the practice and not public info. If I had been told that from the start, rather than well some patients don't fit the practice and many other excuses, it would have stopped there. I have been in heath care over 40 years, in Chicago, and have NEVER been treated with such bold disrespect. A friend was with me listening to the entire conversation and was more incensed than I was. We have now told all of our friends and acquaintances and will continue to do so, what went on. I asked for my health records to be sent back immediately, well now three weeks later, they have not arrived. HIPPA obviously is not a factor with this group.
  
  So don't think of looking for a physician in that group, they do not know how to treat patients.
